Welcome

Yardley is a District of the City of Birmingham, in the West Midlands,
with a history that goes back many centuries.

Yardley village retains more of its rural atmosphere than any other village now incorporated within Birmingham. The area was designated a Conservation Area in July 1969 and was upgraded to Outstanding category in 1976, the only one so far in the city.
